Mad about Bread - a workshop

Peace goes into the making of a poem as flour goes into the making of bread - Pablo Neruda

There is something comforting about making bread- combining flour, water and yeast. And getting into the rhythm of kneading. And somewhere during the process, you find yourself looking at that lump of dough with a sense of wonder- how in the world is this going to transform itself into a loaf of bread?

Like me, are you mad about bread?

At this workshop, learn to make an olive onion loaf, soft pretzels, garlic and basil flatbread, pita with hummus and cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting.

The next workshop is at Kottivakkam on July 6th, 2016 from 10.30am - 2.30pm.
